The front door is equipped with a keyless entry pad. To unlock it, enter the code provided to you upon check-in, press the Schlage button, then turn the thumb latch. To lock it, simply press the Schlage button, and turn the thumb latch. After it stops making noise (about 2 seconds), it will be locked.

Keys to the sunroom doors are on a lanyard inside the home.

There are two TVs in the home. 

The Vizio remote controls the living room TV, which is also connected to Comcast. There are several dozen DVDs in the living room TV cabinet. You can also stream to this TV from various online services, if you have subscriptions, or use the HDMI cable in the TV cabinet to play from another device.

The Samsung remote controls the TV in the first floor bedroom.

There are three air mattresses in the home, each with an attached electric pump, stored in the upstairs bedroom closets. Each of the three upstairs bedrooms is or can be arranged to accommodate an air mattress on the floor. 

The patio door leading onto the deck is commercial-grade. Close it firmly to make sure it latches. To lock, turn the lock to the right while holding the lever handle in the "up" position.

There is a basic first aid kit in the front entry closet. 

The fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink.

The front closet also contains extra batteries and light bulbs in case any go out during your stay.

The basement/cellar and the garage are for owner/manager access only. Please do not enter these areas.

There are electric wall sconces along the fence throughout the outdoor area. The master switch is on the fence opposite the house on the upper deck. Once the master switch is on, there is another switch near the pool equipment for the lights around the pool deck. The lights can change colors using the buttons on top of each, and they also each have two 3-prong electrical outlets on them.

There are two GFCI-protected outlets under steel covers over the outdoor sink.

You'll find lots of beautiful glass inside and outside at the home, thanks to one of the prior owners who owned a glass company! This is commercial-grade tempered glass, which is stronger than regular glass and, if broken, shatters into chunks rather than shards which makes it safer. Still, it is glass, it can break, and if it does break it poses a safety hazard and a high cost of replacement. Please use caution around the glass!
